RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS

To confirm the apartment it is necessary to make an advance payment of 50%. You can make the payment by credit card, through a security link that we will send you. The rest of the amount together with the deposit must be paid before arrival with another security link.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro. In case you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us with your reservation number at bookings@www.bamblueapartments.com.

Yes, the tourist tax. This is a regional government tax that must be collected during the stay. The amount is €0.66 per adult (+16) per night, with a maximum of 7 nights (i.e. maximum of €4.62 per person).

All apartments require a deposit of 200 euros.

The refund will be made on the day of departure by the same method in which it has been paid, once the apartment has been inspected. The tourist tax will be deducted from this amount, if it has not been paid during the stay: 0,66€ per adult (+16) and night, with a maximum of 7 nights (i.e. maximum of 4,62€ per person).

Babies 0-2 years old are free of charge. We offer cribs and high chairs free of charge, upon request and confirmation of availability.

From 3 years old, children must be counted in the total number of people.

Yes, all utilities are included: water, electricity, internet.

In the case of long stay also, as long as it is within the usual consumption parameters. The maximum consumption is 100kw of energy and 5m3 of water per person/month, so a higher consumption is considered extraordinary and derived from an incorrect use of resources.

Yes, all apartments include bed linen and towels.

Pool towels are available at reception (€).

Depending on the rate you have booked, you may or may not have a cancellation fee. You can check it in your reservation. If you have any doubts, please contact us at bookings@www.bamblueapartments.com

If you wish to modify the number of people or the number of nights, please contact us at bookings@www.bamblueapartments.com and we will do our best to meet your needs.

To get a promotional code you can sign up for our Newsletter to keep up to date with all our offers and promotions.

The promotional code can be applied at the time of making the booking search on our website in its corresponding box and in capital letters.

We have parking spaces available on the premises, two of which are for electric cars. These spaces are subject to a fee. Once the reservation is made, please contact us and we will confirm availability and price: bookings@www.bamblueapartments.com.

ARRIVAL AT THE APARTMENT

Check in is from 16h, and check out from 11h.

We have a luggage room to store your belongings, in case you arrive earlier or wish to stay later.

Our apartments have electronic locks that work with your cell phone (via bluetooth) or with a numerical code.

We will send you a message a few days before your arrival, so you can check-in and sign the contract. We will also send you a security link to proceed with the payment of the remaining amount.

Once you have completed these steps, you will receive on your cell phone a link that will allow you to open the access doors to the building and to your apartment. You will also receive a 6-digit code.

The standard check-in time for all apartments is from 16h.

Our reception hours are from 10h to 19h (April-October) and 11h-13h and 16h-18h the rest of the year. Outside these hours, we have a phone number for emergencies.

APARTMENT RULES

- Respect the furniture and facilities of both the apartment and the complex.
- To watch over the rest of the neighbors, so that during the 24h-8h schedule the absence of noises, music, etc, that can disturb the normal coexistence is demanded. Outside these hours, the noise level must be standard.
- Smoking inside the apartments is forbidden.
- It is forbidden to organize parties.
- The outside common areas must be kept clean, picking up the tools and debris that we may leave behind.
- On the day of departure, the apartment must be left free of garbage and the kitchen must be clean and tidy.

We ask you to contact us immediately to verify the severity of the damage caused. We will do our best to fix or replace the broken part(s) and assess what amount will be charged for the damage caused.

No, the person making the reservation and signing the rental contract must be over 25 years of age.

No, they are not allowed.

No, smoking is prohibited in the apartments. However, smoking is permitted on balconies or terraces and in smoking areas in common areas, where so marked.

- Pool hours are from 8h to 24h (June-September) and from 10h to 19h (rest of the year). The pool will be closed from November 1st to March 31st.
- There is no lifeguard service
- It is mandatory to take a shower before swimming in the pool.
- Children must be under adult supervision
- It is forbidden to drink or eat in the pool
- It is forbidden to jump into the water or push

Our common areas (solarium, barbecue, terrace) are at the disposal of our guests.

It is necessary to clean and collect them after use.

Furniture cannot be reserved if it is not in use.

The barbecue is available for our guests from 10 am to 10 pm. Once used, it must be left with the utensils clean and in place, as well as the tables and chairs clean and collected.
